State and Lake Chicago Tavern

Executive Chef Michael Taus and the culinary team at State and Lake Chicago Tavern is offering an Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Located at the downtown Chicago corner and housed on the ground level of the theWit Chicago, a Hilton Hotel, a spread will feature breakfast specialties, lush salads, hearty main dishes and dishes suited for the kiddos. Reservations are available for parties up to 14.

Cost for adults is $65 per person and includes one (1) Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Cost for kids aged 5-12 is $15 per person. 

the Albert Chicago

Executive Chef Steve Chiappetti celebrates Easter Sunday in color at the Albert, Hotel EMC2’s Italian-inspired restaurant. On Sunday, March 31 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., a sampling from an antipasti buffet, then order a main course, and finish with the pastry team’s sweets table. Cost is $60 per person. 

The Antipasti Buffet includes options like roasted mint carrots, Sicilian mushrooms, asparagus with aged balsamic, Italian olives, shaved salumi, Italian cheeses, fig jam, crackers, frittata, spiral ham, cheese tortelli and more.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago

The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago set within Water Tower Place is hosting a special Easter Brunch menu at its modern Italian restaurant, Torali this Easter (March 30 & 31). The menu features a savory selection of antipasti, griddles and breakfast specials such as Steak Benedict, 6oz tenderloin with spinach, tomatoes and bearnaise sauce; and the Dutch Baby, citrus cured salmon, avocado, shaved fennel, radish, frisee, 2 eggs any style and creme fraiche. Guests can also select from a lineup of desserts, in addition to entrees like the Torali Mafalde Bolognese, beef, veal & pork tomato ragu, garlic cream, Aleppo pepper, oregano, parmesan; and Surf & Turf, petite filet, half lobster and parmesan roasted fingerling potatoes with mirepoix and Barolo jus. 

Endless libations such as mimosas, rose champagne and Torali Bloody Mary for $45 per guest. 

Executive Pastry Chef Toni Roberts is hosting The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago’s Easter Tea on March 30 & 31 at 2 p.m. The experience includes a selection of teas, accompanied by the guest’s choice of a complimentary glass of champagne or non-alcoholic French Bloom Bubbles. Pippin's Tavern

Easter Brunch at Pippin's Tavern will be held on Sunday, March 31 from 11am to 3pm. This Easter, Fioretta is hosting a 4-course tasting menu curated by Chef Kevin Kathman. The offering begins with a choice of Meatballs or Shrimp Scampi, with the addition of Caviar Service and a Shellfish Tower. The second course presents a choice between Burrata & Cherry Tomatoes and a classic Caesar Salad. For the third course, options include Macaroni Alla Vodka, Monkfish Picatta, or Hand-Cut Filet Mignon, with the option to substitute for Kansas City Strip, King Crab Linguine or 24 oz Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye. The meal concludes with a sweet selection of Olive Oil Cake, Lemon Meringue Pie, Tiramisu, or Sorbetti. A selection of sides is available at $15 each. Prime & Provisions will offer a Grand Buffet Easter Brunch on March 31, 10 a.m - 4 p.m. Guests can choose from an assortment of breakfast offerings, from Eggs Benedict and Cinnamon French Toast to Housemade Granola Yogurt. Made-to-order options include Belgian Waffles and Omelets, while the carving station boasts Maple Glazed Ham, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, and Smoked Mustard Glazed Salmon. Seafood selections like Shrimp, Oysters, Crab Legs, and Smoked Salmon provide a complement to the meal. Side choices such as Creamed Spinach, Grilled Asparagus, and Properly Whipped Potatoes round out the options. The experience culminates with a Ferris wheel display of the chef’s desserts. Old Town Pour House

Old Town Pour House is hosting their Rock N Roll Brunch this Easter Sunday. Gene & Georgetti will offer a special Easter brunch menu alongside the classic menu, as well as dinner specials. Easter brunch includes Caviar Service from Sterling California sustainable caviar, with blinis and all the fixings (select, $95/royal,$140); The Seafood Tower with oysters, colossal shrimp, lobster tail, snow crab, king crab and mussels (feeds two to four people, $175); ‘The ‘Della Smash, smashed croissant, burrata, mortadella, pistachio and balsamic ($24); Build Your Own Mimosa with bottle of La Gioiosa Prosecco and choice of two favorite juices ($48). 

The Easter bunny will visit during brunch hours from noon to 4 p.m.

For the first time ever, Levain Bakery has introduced a Lemon Cookie to its lineup. It will be available for a limited time this spring, starting today, March 11, and going through through mid-May. Levain’s new Lemon Cookie is sprinkled with sweet, yet slightly tart, lemon chips. All Levain Bakery cookies are baked fresh daily at their West Loop and River North locations and available for delivery via DoorDash.

The Langham, Chicago

On Sunday, March 31, The Langham, Chicago hosts an Easter Champagne Brunch from Executive Chef Damion Henry. Nestled amongst a garden of tulips with views of the city, guests can order bottomless champagne, mimosas and bellinis in addition to the brunch menu.

The offerings will include hand-rolled sushi, charcuterie, dim sum, seafood, the Langham Signature Breakfast and a carving station. Chef Henry is also presenting a selection of specials, such as Pan Roasted Branzino (Baby Fennel, Yellow Tomato Fumet, Fine Herbs) and Pan Roasted Pekin Duck Breast (Royal Trumpet Mushrooms, Kumquats, Duck Jus).

Guests can also select from a variety of dessert stations, including stations for Rolled Ice Cream and S’mores, a Chocolate Fountain and a selection of pastries.

The experience is priced at $265 per person, $75 for children aged 5-12 years old, and complimentary for children under the age of five. The brunch will be available from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., and reservations can be made on Tock.

Greg Wade is keeping Easter treats front and center at his flagship bakery, Publican Quality Bread.

  • PQB is honoring Good Friday with a fresh take on classic hot cross buns. Available in-store and for pickup on March 29th, each 9-pack of sweet rolls are flavored with allspice, candied lemon and golden raisins. Finished with a sweet apricot jam glaze.
  • For Easter Sunday, indulge in Greg’s take on traditional Italian Colomba bread! This light & airy dove-shaped bake symbolizes peace and the return of spring. Garnished with chocolate chips, hazelnuts, candied orange and golden raisins, the festive bread is finished with a sugar glaze and feeds five to six.
  • Inspired by traditional Tres Leches cake, Greg’s spring-forward rendition starts with moist sponge cake soaked in coconut milk custard, lending a creamy, smooth base. After coating the cake in a tart lime curd glaze, this cake is topped with salted whipped cream and toasted hazelnut. Pick-up this dessert on Easter Sunday for four to six people.

Choose between a Carrot Cake with orange blossom cream cheese frosting and apricot jam, a chocolate Easter egg cake with coconut & milk-chocolate mouse, or a take & bake batch of their cinnamon rolls, made with brown butter cream cheese frosting.

Maple & Ash

From 10:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. on Easter Sunday, all parties can kick off their meal with a Kaluga caviar amuse bouche appropriately served with everything bagels and caramelized cream cheese, followed by one of Maple's signature Fire-Roasted Seafood Towers, with king crab, oysters, clams and prawns cooked in garlic butter and chili oil. For the main course, choose from a variety of elevated breakfast classics like Lobster Soft Scrambled with black truffle and brown butter brioche or the Alaskan King Crab Eggs Benedict. All tables will receive three sides to share including Baked Honey Ham, Brown Butter Potatoes and Maple Glazed Bacon. For the final course, finish it off with a sweet selection of desserts including macarons, coconut cream pie and chocolate cake bites. Big Star West Town

Big Star brand has invited the bunny himself for a morning of kid-friendly cookie and Easter egg decorating, breakfast tacos, and all the bunny photo opps. Big Star West Town’s full brunch menu will be available, with options like their  chilaquiles and Churro French Toast, in addition to a lineup of brunch cocktails including bubbly passionfruit mimosas and $5 bloody Marys for the adults. Wake 'N Bacon

Wake ‘n Bacon will serve Easter brunch and dinner on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30 and feature an a la carte special in celebration of Easter. The brunch menu is served from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner is served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. On special for the holiday and created by Executive Will Silas, Wake ‘n Bacon will feature Mustard and Honey Glazed Salmon over garlic rice with seasonal vegetables. The menu special is $20 and available at brunch or dinner all weekend. 

Additional brunch menu highlights include Berry Bliss Crepes filled with vanilla lemon cream cheese, and house-made berry jam, topped with fresh berries, granola, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar ($16), Spiced Maple Chicken and Waffles featuring a bubble waffle and crispy chicken thighs garnished with pickled peppers and green onions, served with a side of spiced maple syrup ($14) and more.

Dinner highlights include the house-smoked South by Southeast Ribs with a special blend of bbq, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and gojuchang, and the Bombazo Pambazo Mexican-style sandwich filled with chorizo, potatoes, avocado, sour cream and pineapple pickled red onions, then served on a roll brushed with guajillo salsa and griddled. 

Guests can pair their brunch or dinner with local beers, mocktails and seasonal cocktails. For an add-on, all food and drink items can be infused with CBD. 

Sweet Mandy B's

Sweet Mandy B’s in Lincoln Park and Streeterville will offer themed treats for Easter festivities available from Thursday, March 28 to Sunday, March 31 and ranging in price from $4.50 to $40. 

Easter items will include Bird’s Nest Cupcakes, a six-pack of Pastel Easter cupcakes (3 vanilla and 3 chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream), six-inch three layer “Bunny” cakes with yellow cake and vanilla buttercream (limited availability), themed cut-out cookies including bunnies, eggs and chicks, Easter decorated rice krispie treats and more. Custom ordered Carrot Cakes with cream cheese will also be available by request.

All Too Well

Vinci

Vinci will be hosting its Annual Easter Day Brunch, on Sunday, March 31. For $36 per person, plus tax and gratuity, brunch goers can choose one main course dish, along with an appetizer and dessert buffet. Main course options include Eggs Benedictine, comprised of toasted focaccia with pancetta, poached eggs, and fonduta; French Toast stuffed with bananas and Vermont maple syrup; Vinci’s Frittata, and nice other dishes, including pastas. The restaurant’s appetizer buffet will feature salads, meatballs, fresh fruit, cheese and poached shrimp, while the dessert buffet will feature treats like Tiramisu with chocolate sauce, Mini Cannolis, Chocolate Cake, and Panna Cotta with raspberry sauce.  

Adobo Grill

Sister restaurant, Adobo Grill, in Old Town, will offer a Easter Brunch. Priced at $29 for adults and $16 for kids, those who come in to dine can select one main course, along with the restaurant’s appetizer and dessert buffets. Main course dishes include Huevos Poblanos, a Pueblan-style “eggs Benedictine” serve don sopes with refried black beans, homemade chorizo, poblano and morita salsa, and roasted potatoes, Al Pastor Tacos consisting of adobo roasted pork, caramelized pineapple, and guaca-salsa, beef Barbacoa Hash, and more. The appetizer buffet consists of Empanadas, Tamal Yucateco, or banana leaf wrapped steam pork tamal, guac and chips, adobo-marinated grilled wings, and Mexican-style shrimp with cocktail sauce. Desserts include fruit salad, cinnamon dusted Churros with chocolate sauce, pineapple upside down cake, and Chipotle Chocolate Brownies.

Truluck's Rosemont

This Easter fresh seafood and seasonal accompaniments off Truluck's regular menu, including Florida Stone Crab claws, Miso-glazed Seabass, New England Sea Scallops and more. A special kids menu will be offered on Easter Sunday, March 31. Hours of Operation for Sunday, March 31 will be 12PM to 8PM. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Open for standard service, neighborhood bistro John’s Food & Wine is serving up a menu of American plates created by Gramercy Tavern veterans Adam McFarland and Thomas Rogers.

LeTour

Yardbird has cooked up a special Easter brunch menu with originals such as their Banana Pudding Cinnamon Roll, complete with a bourbon caramel, ‘nilla wafers, and whipped cream. This River North spot will serve their standard menu as well, for guests looking to keep to the classics.

The Gwen Hotel

Join The Gwen Hotel for their Tipsy Tea Party. With seatings at 12pm and 2:30pm on Saturday and 1pm on Sunday during Easter weekend, experience this boozy twist on traditional high tea, complete with small bites, cocktails, and a DJ spinning. Located on the 2nd floor of The Sheraton Grand Riverwalk Hotel, the Riverside Cafe is celebrating Easter with a brunch spread. For $36/person cold and hot buffets offering assorted fruit, a smoked salmon display, avocado toast, smoked brisket hash, monkey bread puddings, Moroccan lamb stew and more. The Table at Crate

This year, Table at Crate will be offering a special a la carte menu and full mimosa bottle service. Guests can choose bites like the Biscuit Benedict made with a buttermilk biscuit, Tasso ham, pimiento cheese, poached eggs, hollandaise and crispy kale or the Lamb Hash made with Merguez sausage, za'atar potatoes, roasted red peppers, onions, harissa aioli, crumbled feta cheese, parsley. 

Farm Bar Lakeview

This year, Farm Bar’s Lakeview location is introducing Easter Sunday brunch specials. For those who prefer a savory early morning meal, dive into the Frittata with cheese curds, asparagus and mushrooms served with a side salad. For those with a sweet tooth, a speciality French Toast topped with whipped cream and macerated berries.

Fora

This Easter, a brunch tower with breakfast classics in Fora’s all season patio. From $45 per person, dine on bagels with smoked salmon and whipper cream cheese, homemade scones, banana bread, gulf shrimp and freshly shucked oysters, fruit and more. Alternatively, Easter specials including Shakshuka made with tomato compote, goat cheese and farm fresh eggs or a Lamb Shank with butternut squash, root vegetables and pan jus.

Adorn Bar & Restaurant

Adorn's Easter brunch spread will feature multiple stations from the Four Seasons Chicago culinary team. From fresh salads filled with seasonal ingredients, to land and sea carving stations, sushi and raw food bars. Children will be greeted with balloon art, bubbles, and face painting stations, before snapping a photo with the Easter Bunny. Brunch will take place on March 31 from 10:00am to 2:30pm. BLVD Steakhouse

BLVD is offering an a la carte brunch menu including steakhouse classics such as a Seafood Tower and Caviar Service as well as some entree options including the French Toast Bread Pudding made with a maple gastrique and crème anglaise, Crab Cake Benedict served on an english muffin with sautéed spinach, poached eggs and béarnaise, or the Steak & Eggs, skirt steak served with grilled asparagus, sunny-side eggs, chimichurri and pickled shallots. Mercat a la Planxa

Chef David Oland and the team have crafted a spread featuring dishes like Cold Poached Asparagus, Ducktrap smoked salmon, Curried Cous Cous Salad and Patatas Bravas will be on display. Entrees include the Seared Skuna Bay Salmon with chive and caviar beurre blanc, the Honey Roast Baby Carrots with pumpkin seed crumble and Spanish French Toast, Torrijas. A carving station will serve Roast Lamb Leg and Honey Baked Ham. Finally, a dessert display will showcase sweet treats such as Mercat Basque Cheesecake, Tres Leches Cake, Homemade Fruit Tartlets and much more. Reservations can be made on the website.

Rose Mary 

For $55 per person, guests can select Rose Mary’s Croatian and Italian-inspired menu, with special cocktail, beer and wine selections available for purchase onsite. Rose Mary’s four-course menu includes Burek made with Nueske’s bacon, farm egg and mozzarella, Benedict Pampanella with pork belly, calabrian chili, hollandaise, a Braised Lamb Hash with ajvar, kajmak and red onion, and finished with Palačinke made with apple, toffee and served with a vanilla gelato. Sepia

In honor of the holiday, Sepia will begin taking reservations from 10:00 am- 3:00 pm. Priced at $84 per person, diners can select from a variety of courses from Chef Andrew Zimmerman. Reservations are available on OpenTable. 

The Smith

The Smith hosts an Easter Brunch on Sunday, March 31, from 9:30 am- 4:00 pm. A brunch cocktail for free with a purchase of a dish such as The Smith Eggs Benedict black forest ham, English muffin, hollandaise, poached eggs, and home fries, Shrimp & Grits made with jalapeño cheddar grits, baked eggs, scampi butter, blackened shoestring potatoes, or Vanilla Bean French Toast with crème brûlée battered caramelized apples. Rosebud

Savor an A La Carte menu boasting dishes like Grilled Octopus, Lobster Francese, and Roasted Lamb Rack served with rosemary roasted potatoes and carrots, finished with garlic au jus. Seafood options include Linguine Seafood, a blend of sautéed scungilli, octopus, calamari, olives, capers, and basil in a spicy garlic & olive oil sauce, tossed with linguine pasta.

Can't make it to the restaurant on Easter Sunday? Take the experience home with Rosebud's Easter To-Go package, available for pickup on March 31st. Stan’s Donuts & Coffee is introducing the Coconut Easter Basket, their traditional coconut cake donut, soaked in coconut milk and coated in yellow-dyed coconut flakes and topped with three chocolate eggs. The coconut Easter basket donut will be available from April 4-9 at all Stan’s locations. 

Hannah’s Bretzel

This Easter weekend Hannah’s Bretzel offers a breakfast sandwich tray. With a minimum of eight sandwiches in the build-your-own tray, each order comes with the option to add a freshly prepared fruit salad and/or freshly brewed organic coffee or tea to any order. The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant will be presenting a specially-curated holiday experience, available at the restaurant on Easter Sunday from 11:30 am - 6:30 pm. Carnivale’s Easter Brunch will take place on Sunday, March 31st from 10am-5pm with an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet serving breakfast classics, Latin dishes, sweets and more. Bring the kids to an Easter Egg Hunt at Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook on Saturday, March 23rd. Hunt for Easter Eggs with 3 divisions running throughout the morning for kids 0-10 to participate and snag a photo with the Easter Bunny.  During the Easter Egg Hunt a Popcorn Machine, Cotton Candy, Dippin' Dots and a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar will be available for purchase In addition, a special Brunch from 10 AM - 1:00 PM, is also available for purchase at an additional cost. Oaken Bistro + Bar

Oaken Bistro + Bar on March 31st offers their Easter Brunch hosting seatings at 10:30am-12pm and 12:30-2pm.
