In honor of National Cheeseburger Day, chef Connor Douglas at American Craft - Hyatt Regency has crafted the Spicy Pimento and Pepper Cheeseburger. This creation brings together the flavors of pimento cheese with spicy peppers, between two toasted buns.

The ALK Burger ($24) is a 6oz patty topped with mushroom, fried onion, house pickles and your choice of cheddar or swiss cheese, served with french fries.
