Perry’s own version with a twist on the traditional, this 22 oz. Bone-In Caramelized Prime Rib is pecan-wood-fired, then crusted and caramelized to your preference from medium-rare to well-done, topped with Perry’s Steak Butter and served with Truffle Merlot Demi-glace and homemade horseradish cream.
