Imee’s is the creation of Nicole Nassif, a seasoned 30+ year restaurant professional with a track record that spans corporate properties to Michelin Star Chef-helmed establishments. Starting July 11th, the quick-serve lunch spot will create fresh wraps and combination meals within minutes. Expect a menu driven by takes on flavors drawn from three generations of Nassif’s personal family recipes.

“Growing up Lebanese American, I was fortunate to be part of a large extended family. During our shared regular dinners, my Ta-Ta and Sitto would bring both sides of our families together, celebrating life with recipes which had been passed down for generations. Looking back it was those treasured memories that shaped my dream to first enter the restaurant business itself and now to ultimately open my own concept.”  - Nicole Nassif

Nassif has worked her way up through the hospitality industry. First through a series of Regional and Project Management positions, followed by time as the Executive Director of Operations and Development at Furious Spoon, eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer at Solutions a la Carte for the past ten years.

At the root of Imee’s are recipes from three generations of women: Nassif’s mother, her maternal grandmother, Sitto, and her paternal grandmother, Tata. Main dishes to include a choice of Combo Platter (kibee, chicken, beef, vegetarian mujaddara, mezza), or Wrap (chicken, beef, veggie) that both come with choice between a variety of Salads (Lebanese Salad, Tabouli) and Sides (Laban, Laban w/ cucumbers, Lift, hummus, mujaddara, pita chips, rice, toom, roasted cauliflower, hashwee, assorted veggies, and bread) Snack upgrades (hummus and toom) to also be available along with a variety of soda, juice, and bottled water.

Located at 171 N Wells, Imee’s will be celebrating their grand opening the entire week of July 11th. During this time Imee’s will be donating a portion of the proceeds to two causes near to Nassif’s heart, One Tail at a Time and the Arab American Heritage Council from her hometown in Flint, Michigan.

“I feel blessed to have inherited my family’s deep-rooted tradition of home-cooking. Weaving together these three generations of flavor to create the menu for Imee’s is the realization of a lifelong dream,” adds Nassif.
