It’s crawfish season in Louisiana and Big Jones is celebrating by throwing its first-ever Crawfish Festival! Chef and Co-Owner Paul Fehribach brings his all-time favorite crawfish dishes to the menu in honor of the harvest down south. From now until April 15th, guests can get their crawfish fix at the Andersonville destination with the ultimate celebration, Thursday Night Crawfish Boils

Sourcing all of his crawfish tails straight from Louisiana, Chef Fehribach believes in the importance of supporting the crawfishermen hard at work in the bayou.
