Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Announces New St. Charles Location

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria has signed a lease for a new restaurant in St. Charles, IL, marking the company’s 61st location in the Chicagoland area. The restaurant will be located at 3050 E. Main Street within the Fox Haven Square development near the northeast corner of Kirk Road and East Main Street. The location is expected to open in fall 2026.

Pending final plan review and required permits from the City of St. Charles, the approximately 6,200-square-foot restaurant will operate as a full-service location offering dine-in, carryout, and delivery. The space will include a main dining room, private dining area, full-service bar, and outdoor patio, with seating for about 200 guests.

Julie Younglove-Webb, CEO of Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, said the company has received requests from customers in St. Charles for a location in the city and cited recent development activity on the east side of the community as a factor in the expansion.
