Helmed by Chef Donald Young, the French brasserie featuring a Champagne and seafood bar on the Magnificent Mile is putting together a four course menu to celebrate the national day of France, highlighting classic French dishes with Chef Young’s signature twists. On Wednesday, July 14th, guests can order a special prix fixe menu featuring options like Scallops with brown butter, carrot and raisins, Ratatouille made using local, seasonal vegetables, Short Rib with strawberry, fennel and passion fruit, and Blueberries and Peaches for dessert, with black pepper, forage blanc and lemon basil. The menu will be $50 per person, with optional selected wine pairings available for $30.
