Torali Italian-Steak, the signature restaurant on the 12th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, has unveiled refreshed breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar menus from newly appointed Executive Chef Damion Henry, merging the contemporary steakhouse with the flavors of coastal Italian cuisine.
“We approached these menus with a strong focus on seasonality, balance and restraint, allowing exceptional ingredients to take center stage,” said Chef Henry. “Whether it’s the sweetness of spring peas in the agnolotti, the richness of our dry-aged steaks or the reimagined cocktail program, every element was designed to reflect Torali’s Italian influences.”
The updated breakfast menu reimagines morning classics, including Croissant French Toast ($28) layered with vanilla whipped cream and fresh berries; the Crab Omelet ($35) with jumbo lump crab, Mornay sauce and chives; and Prime Flat Iron Steak & Eggs ($42) served with asparagus, spinach and Parmesan hash browns. Signature dishes such as Truffled Egg Toast ($28) and Smoked Salmon Benedict ($32), complemented by fresh-pressed juices, house-made pastries and nutrient-forward smoothies.
At lunch, Torali leans into a lighter selection of seasonal dishes designed for both business lunches and leisurely afternoons above the Magnificent Mile. Highlights include the buttery Maine Lobster Roll ($52) layered with tarragon aioli on toasted brioche; Fish and Chips ($32) with crispy Atlantic cod, salmoriglio and charred lemon; and the Fregola Bowl ($26) with eggplant caponata, hummus, feta and lemon vinaigrette. Signature favorites such as Cacio e Pepe ($28), Westholme Wagyu Steak Frites ($59) and Roasted Faroe Island Salmon ($42) with spring vegetable succotash and lemon-dill caper sauce round out the offerings.
Dinner pairs house-made pastas, seasonal seafood and prepared prime cuts. Dishes include Shrimp Saltimbocca ($38) with rigatoni mezze, sage and pecorino; Spring Agnolotti ($32) with bellwether ricotta, English peas and morel mushrooms; and Mushroom Ragu ($26) with hand-rolled pasta and basil breadcrumbs.
Prime cuts range from the Filet Mignon ($68) to the marbled Wagyu Strip Steak ($79) and the 35-Day Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib-Eye ($95) finished with sea salt and olio verde. Large-format selections include the 32-ounce Beef Tomahawk Steak ($250) and the 14-Day Dry-Aged Roasted Whole Duck ($152) served with cherry compote and crispy duck confit Lyonnaise salad.
The menu is complemented by starters such as Di Stefano Burrata ($25) with rhubarb mostarda and strawberries and Tenderloin Steak Tartare ($26) with tarragon aioli and country toast, alongside sides like Duck Fat Potato ($16) and Creamy Mac and Cheese ($15) made with clothbound cheddar.
Complementing the culinary offerings is an expansive new beverage program featuring signature cocktails, rare whiskeys, Italian wines, and an extensive Champagne collection. Cocktails include the Michigan Avenue Garden ($20) with vodka, Green Chartreuse, cucumber and basil; Ritz Private Riviera ($25) with exclusive Maestro Dobel Añejo tequila, watermelon and Aperol; and the Tropical Escape Mai Tai ($20) with mango, lime and coconut cream.
The menu also features crafted spirit-free cocktails, including the Riviera No. 0 ($17) and Milano Spritz ($17). For guests seeking a more elevated experience, Torali offers pairings such as Komos & Kaluga ($165), featuring premium tequila expressions served alongside Kaluga caviar.

The experience feels fresh, modern and distinctly Torali.”
