The summer of seltzer is in full effect. What better way to find a new favorite flavor of seltzer than at The Seltzer Shop

Located inside Chicago’s Kimpton Gray Hotel, The Seltzer Shop is a pop-up  experience, inviting guests to sip 10 different brands in a soda shop setting.

Designed in partnership with Rose Gold Collective, The Seltzer Shop features over 25 different flavors from both up-and-coming and nationally-recognized brands, including Claffeys Cocktails, Flying Embers, High Noon, Jack Daniels, The Long Drink, Press, Sesh Beverages, Two Chicks, Spiked Ice Seltzer and White Claw. 

Inside the bubbly pop-up attendees are transported to a setting inspired by the soda shops of the past. Flavors, such as watermelon chili, pomegranate ginger, lemon strawberry kiss and grapefruit smash offer visitors a fresh taste and everyone can create their own personalized tasting flight. 

“At the Kimpton Gray Hotel, we create memorable and unique experiences for guests every day,” remarks Nabil Moubayed, General Manager. “The Seltzer Shop is an extension of who we are and the one-of-a-kind encounters we create for those visiting or staying at the hotel.”

Launching July 16 and available through August 8, the pop-up is open Fridays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. 

Guests and the public are able to reserve the complimentary experience on OpenTable. Each one-and-a-half-hour reservation includes either a curated tasting flight or a flight of four tastings from one brand. Guests will also receive one can of their choice to enjoy during the experience.
