Sushi by Bou: Dining in the Dark

Starting on Nov. 15 diners can visit Dining in the Dark: Sushi “Omakase” Edition, an experience where guests are blindfolded for their meal.

The Dining in the Dark: Sushi “Omakase” Edition is available on select dates now through Jan. 24 at Sushi by Bou Gold Coast (1244 North Dearborn Parkway). Over the course of 90 minutes, blindfolded diners are provided a 12-piece menu featuring an array of tastes and textures. 

Dining in the Dark: Sushi “Omakase” Edition dates:  

• Nov. 22 at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. 

• Dec. 13 at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. 

• Dec. 20 at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. 

• Jan. 10 at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. 

• Jan. 24 at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
