Old Town Pour House Introduces New Chef Selects Menu (October 7 - December 29)

The next round of Chef Selects has arrived at Old Town Pour House, and for the first time, the specials are also available at The Loop location, which opened this summer.

The restaurant’s 2026 Chef Selects series features a rotating lineup of limited-time food and beverage creations, refreshed every eight weeks to showcase seasonal ingredients, fresh flavors and innovative culinary offerings.

The latest menu (October 7 - December 29) features:

• Korean Brisket Crispy Rice: Bulgogi glazed smoked brisket, crispy rice, avocado, kimchi slaw, soy glaze, spicy mayo, crispy garlic, green onions, sesame
• Sweet & Spicy Chicken and Waffles: Buttermilk-breaded chicken breasts, gochujang maple glaze, sugar pearl waffles, sriracha glaze, cilantro lime cream, spicy pickles, micro cilantro, sesame
• Banana Espresso Martini: Giffard Banane du Bresil, Kahlua, Owen's Nitro-Infused Espresso
• Maple Bourbon Martini: Elijah Craig Small Batch, Cointreau, Maple Syrup, Fresh Lemon

As always, the Chef Selects menu is available for a limited time, making it a great reason to revisit throughout the season.
