Maple & Ash Continues Chicago Icons Series with The Wiener’s Circle Collaboration

Maple & Ash is continuing its Chicago Icons Series this August with a collaboration alongside The Wiener’s Circle, available exclusively throughout the month.

Following the launch of the Chicago Icons Series in July, Maple & Ash and The Wiener’s Circle are joining forces to reimagine one of Chicago’s most recognizable dishes: the classic Chicago-style hot dog. The limited-time collaboration pairs The Wiener’s Circle’s hot dog tradition with Maple & Ash’s elevated approach to dining, resulting in a caviar-topped creation available exclusively during Nightcap at Maple & Ash.

Throughout August, guests can enjoy the Maple & Ash x The Wiener’s Circle caviar-topped Chicago-style hot dog every Thursday for $32 in Maple & Ash’s upstairs bar and lounge, available all day. Beginning at 9 p.m. during Nightcap, guests can also enjoy a $20 Caviar Dog à la carte, a $25 Shot & a Dog special, the $105 Fernet Daiquiri & Caviar Dog Tree, or the $90 Bubbles & Caviar Dog Tree.

The Chicago Icons Series continues to shine a spotlight on the local businesses and cultural landmarks that define Chicago. The Maple & Ash x The Wiener’s Circle caviar-topped Chicago-style hot dog will be available every Thursday beginning at 9 p.m. throughout August 2026 during Nightcap at Maple & Ash.
