Maple & Ash Continues Chicago Icons Series with The Wiener’s Circle Collaboration

Maple & Ash is continuing its Chicago Icons Series in August with a collaboration featuring The Wiener's Circle. The limited-time offering reinterprets the Chicago-style hot dog and will be available throughout the month during Nightcap at Maple & Ash.

The collaboration combines The Wiener's Circle's signature hot dog with Maple & Ash's approach to presentation, resulting in a caviar-topped Chicago-style hot dog served exclusively at the restaurant's upstairs bar and lounge. The specialty hot dog will be available all day on Thursdays, with an expanded Nightcap menu beginning at 9 p.m.

Nightcap offerings will include the Caviar Dog served à la carte, a Shot & a Dog pairing, a Fernet Daiquiri & Caviar Dog Tree, and a Bubbles & Caviar Dog Tree.

The Chicago Icons Series highlights restaurants, businesses, and cultural institutions associated with Chicago. The Maple & Ash x The Wiener's Circle collaboration will be offered every Thursday throughout August 2026 during Nightcap.
