Maple & Ash Launches Chicago Icons Series with Margie's Candies Collaboration for National Ice Cream Month

Maple & Ash is celebrating National Ice Cream Month this July with a collaboration alongside Margie's Candies. Available exclusively throughout July, the limited-time partnership marks the debut of Maple & Ash's new Chicago Icons Series, a collaboration series designed to celebrate the people, places and brands that have helped shape Chicago's culture.

As the first collaboration of the series, Maple & Ash and Margie's Candies are joining forces to create a nostalgic spin on the restaurant's signature Sundae Service, blending the steakhouse's hospitality with the flavors and traditions that have made Margie's a Chicago institution for more than a century.

Throughout the month of July, guests can enjoy a specially curated National Ice Cream Month Sundae Service featuring Maple & Ash housemade ice cream adorned with signature Margie's Candies toppings, handcrafted candies and housemade sauces. The experience will also feature an exclusive co-branded chocolate garnish created specifically for the collaboration, showcasing both Maple & Ash and Margie's Candies logos.

The Maple & Ash x Margie's Candies Sundae Service collaboration will be available exclusively at Maple & Ash Chicago throughout July 2026.
