Asian Sushi Evanston

Koi Fine Asian Cuisine, located in downtown Evanston, is responding to the Covid-19 crisis in a variety of ways. While Koi remains open for delivery and curbside pick-up daily from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., the restaurant has also implemented complimentary meal service, special add on treats for to-go orders and ongoing donations for staff.

Koi has been providing free take home meals to their staff of 80, in addition 20 family meals per day for any hospitality worker in need (order here by 2 p.m.; pick up 5-7 p.m.). Hundreds of meals have been delivered to homebound community members throughout Evanston, as well as healthcare workers at NorthShore University HealthSystem's Emergency Room and NorthShore Swedish Hospital.

Guests that place carry out dining orders will receive a complimentary roll of toilet paper, along with the choice of a free menu item (spring rolls, crabmeat wontons, veggie fried rice, California roll and more).

Koi Fine Asian is willing to support those in need of food donations. Please contact proprietor Sandy Chen (sandy@koievanston.com), who feels "we are all in this together." Koi's GoFundMe staff relief fund is going strong and she thanks those who made donations to support the team. Gift card purchases are another way to support the hospitality industry during this difficult time.
