EVANSTON, IL (APRIL 13-19, 2015)Koi is proud to be celebrating eleven years in business, serving the Evanston community and beyond with the finest Asian fare in a hip, tranquil setting. Owner Sandy Chen opened Koi in 2004 with a goal, and the restaurant business turned into her life and passion. To thank the community for their loyalty, Chen is offering her customers fantastic dine-in specials for the entire anniversary week.

From Monday, April 13th through Sunday, April 19th, Koi will be serving one if its most popular maki rolls from the sushi bar for $11 to celebrate 11 years in business. The Dragon Fire Maki roll includes shrimp tempura with salmon, super white tuna, tobiko, green onion, spicy mayo, and unagi sauce, then baked and served warm. Additionally, diners can enjoy a lychee martini for just $5. Koi's signature martini consists of lychee vodka, fresh lychee juice, and a lychee as a garnish.

"We are celebrating being open for eleven great years in Evanston," says Sandy Chen. "Koi wants to thank its loyal customers and also welcome new customers in to celebrate with us."
