Chocolate and wine are the quintessential food and drink pairing. For the third annual pairing party, Katherine Anne Confections is taking it to the next level with microbatch sweets. They’re creating limited-edition sweets, some crowd favorites and some completely new. Damien Casten of Candid Wines, an importer/distributor of small production, organic and biodynamic wines, will guide the tasting.
Katherine Anne Confections will create 16 pairings with 8 wines (2 sweets per wine).
Highly acclaimed restaurant Danke (in Revival Food Hall) will provide its exemplary house-made charcuterie/cheese plates for savory snacks.
