Katherine Anne Confections has announced an upcoming pop-up collaboration with Bartleby’s Ice Cream Cakes on Sunday, September 17, at 3653 W. Irving Park Road, from 12pm to 6pm. Bartleby’s Ice Cream Cakes uses gourmet, locally-sourced ingredients to create ice cream treats. The Pop-Up Shop will feature three exclusive, artisan-style goodies (Horchata Affogato, S’mores Ice Cream and Rosemary Caramel Ice Cream Sandwich). 20% of the proceeds from the September 17 pop-up will benefit nonprofit organization New Moms Inc., with a mission is to strengthen families by partnering with young moms as they progress towards housing stability, economic mobility, and family well-being.
Katherine Anne Confections will also be accepting physical donations of essentials. The nonprofit asks for only new, unopened, or unexpired donations – including children's clothing, toys, and household supplies. New Moms Inc. also accepts gift card donations.
