Dos Urban Cantina's all-you-can-eat Brunch Buffet will be offered from 10am - 2pm for only $28 per person. It will feature a variety of classic Mexican dishes with seasonal twists, like tacos, tamales, quiche, fresh salads, muffins, scones and even a guacamole bar! Kids eat free.

Daisies will be open for both brunch and dinner; where the restaurant will be revealing its newly renovated patio with new benches around the entire perimeter, as well as more plants and greenery. The new Imbibe Option cocktail flight includes four smaller cocktails, listed below, each with a different spirit and produce component all for $20.

Cabana Club will be open to kids of all ages throughout the day. Kids can enjoy the pool, while dad enjoys a variety of cocktails to choose from. There are games inside including a giant connect four. The skyline views will make this special day feel like a vacation.

The Heritage

The Heritage’s brunch will be offered from 10am - 3pm. Located in the suburb of Forest Park, chef Rick Ohlemacher’s seasonal menu  features American fare focusing on sourcing local products through relationships with farmers.

Pinstripes, 435 E. Illinois, is giving your favorite grill master a break this Father’s Day by offering a selection of barbeque-themed brunch items at their Father’s Day Barbeque Brunch on Sunday, June 16 from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The special Father’s Day brunch menu is $36 for adults; $15 for children aged six to 12; and free for children under the age of five. Fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and everyone in between can enjoy a day with friends and family as they indulge in brunch, a grilling demonstration with summer favorites like BBQ ribs, Italian Sausage, pesto chicken, corn on the cob, and more, followed by some friendly competition at one of the bocce courts or bowling lanes.

Families celebrating with the special Father’s Day Brunch will be offered a selection of sweet and savory menu items, including the Signature Waffle station featuring a selection of house made sauces, made-to-order omelets, and other breakfast options including house made Biscuits and Gravy, Crispy Breakfast Potatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Breakfast Sausage Links. A carving station featuring Herb-Crusted Prime Rib and Maple-Glazed Ham served with horseradish sauce and au jus will accompany the buffet. Three variations of Pinstripes’ flatbread will be served along with a selection of fresh salads. Meat lovers can enjoy Smoked Salmon, Shrimp Cocktail, Chicken and Goat Cheese Pasta, along with other Italian-American offerings.

For something sweet, dads and guests can head over to the chocolate fountain to dip a selection of handmade goodies such as marshmallows, brownies, caramelized cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, strawberries and other house made desserts. A full bar with a wine, cocktail and craft beer list is also available, featuring Mimosas and Bloody Mary specials.

The Father’s Day Brunch will be served both indoors and on the outdoor patio space. 

Ocean Prime Chicago 

Ocean Prime Chicago located at 87 East Wacker Drive, has partnered with MIRACLE, the 2016 Chicago Cubs Championship Season-inspired musical, to gift each dad dining at the restaurant on Sunday, June 16 a gift certificate for two complimentary tickets to the musical at the Royal George Theatre. The tickets will be valid for Wednesday and Thursday performances at 7:30pm through Sunday, July 21. Families taking Dad out for Father’s Day will enjoy a relaxing experience at Ocean Prime Chicago and all the hassle of shopping is handled with a memorable gift. Guests can even come back the night of the show and enjoy Ocean Prime Chicago’s newly-launched Pre-Theatre Menu beforehand.

On Father’s Day, a special holiday brunch menu will be served from 11:30am to 3:00pm along with the regular dinner menu, which will be available until 9:00pm. Guests can indulge in a selection of sweet and savory items including Lobster Toast with avocado, sweet peas, preserved lemon, and topped with a sunny side egg; Blackened Salmon Salad mixed with strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, goat cheese, field greens, and finished with basil poppyseed dressing and candied walnuts; and French Toast topped with fresh berries, lemon curd, candied bacon, and warm maple syrup. Ocean Prime Chicago guests can also enjoy a special Father’s Day-only accessory to accompany any steak: Steak and Eggs features a truffle-poached egg, bacon-roasted potatoes, asparagus, and caramelized onions topped with sliced truffles, parmesan cream, and chives.

A full bar with a wine, cocktail, and craft beer list will be available.

Michael Jordan's Steak House 

This June, Michael Jordan's Steak House located inside the InterContinental Magnificent Mile at 505 N. Michigan Ave, is kicking off National Steakhouse Month MVP style with Ribeye Finals, featuring four limited-time ribeye steaks each week throughout the month. And, in the midst of National Steakhouse Month, Dad will feel like the MVP with a special Father’s Day menu featuring some of MJ’s favorite dishes.

Dads will be offered cuts like the prime Delmonico, a 45-day, dry-aged boneless ribeye, or the Tomahawk, a long bone ribeye served with their signature 23 steak sauce, smoked sea salt and brown butter glaze. In addition to this all-star menu, fathers who dine at the restaurant on Sunday, June 16th, will receive a complimentary Michael Jordan’s Steak House pint glass to take home.

“As one of Chicago’s top steakhouses, we are proud to treat fathers like the Michael Jordan of Dads,” says Craig Couper, Michael Jordan’s Steak House Executive Chef. “And we are thrilled to be participating in National Steakhouse Month by celebrating my personal favorite cut of meat, the ribeye.”

The Ribeye Finals menu will celebrate a different ribeye cut each week of June. Kicking off on June 1st through June 7th, Michael Jordan’s Steak House will offer The Cowgirl, a 16 oz. Linz Heritage Angus Reserve Eye of the Rib Chop featuring creamed sweet corn ($55). From June 8th through June 14th, the dining hotspot will offer The Crown Jewel, a 12 oz. Linz Heritage Angus Reserve Ribeye Cap sliced with tempura sweet onion and cherry blossom Ponzu ($59). From June 15th through June 21st, guests will enjoy The Tomahawk, a 36 oz. Slagel Farm Long Bone Ribeye, dry-aged 45 days ($123). The Strauss Grass Fed Ribeye completes the final round of the Ribeye Finals from June 22nd through June 30th, featuring a 16 oz. Prime Rib, topped with roasted garlic, rosemary and brown butter ($56). 


On Sunday, June 16, Casati’s will offer guests one free children’s entrée off of the kids menu for every adult entree purchased. Casati’s will also offer a special Father’s Day menu, including:

This Father's Day, guests can treat Dad to a FREE comedy show at aliveOne while sipping $4 bartender's choice drafts and $7 CH Vodka bloody marys with a Surly 'Hell' sidecar. aliveOne will also offer FREE pool and a half-price happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Living Room Sessions, a weekly comedy open mic from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., invites amateur comedians to take a shot at the stage. Sign up starts at 5:30 p.m. Following Living Room Sessions, Dead Comedy kicks off at 9 p.m. featuring a two-hour stand up showcase with Chicago comics.

Father’s Day coincides with National Steakhouse Month. Smith & Wollensky, located on the Chicago River at 318 North State Streetgives the grillmaster a break this June 16 by preparing a 44-ounce cut of beef to celebrate Dad. 

Smith & Wollensky’s centerpiece 44-ounce Snake River Farms Swinging Tomahawk Ribeye, a dry-aged cut created by Vice President of Culinary Operations Matt King, is a nod to the old school tradition of butchery and hanging beef. Swinging on a custom designed rack, the tender steak for two is charred and sliced tableside for an interactive dining experience. Served with crispy Yukon potatoes, the ribeye can be shared with table guests or enjoyed by the man of the hour all on his own as an entrée.
