What to know about #DoYouDimSum at Imperial Lamian
Imperial Lamian is giving everyone a chance to learn how to make the restaurant’s most #InstaFamous dish - the Combination Xiao Long Bao, or combination soup dumplings! On Tuesday, July 24 at 6 p.m., dim sum Head Chef Lim Kee Tiong teaches eager diners how roll, pinch and twist their own XLB and dim sum favorites, spilling all his secrets for these colorful and delicious bites.
The intimate event begins with a hands-on demonstration, with a variety of colorful doughs to perfect the art of dim sum making. After the class, attendees dig their chopsticks into their own creations, as well as a selection of additional dim sum and beverage pairings.
The dim sum fun doesn’t stop this month, with another class scheduled on November 20. Lamian lovers can also learn first-hand how to pull the noodles with precision with a lamian making class on Tuesday, September 18. Stay tuned for ticket details for upcoming classes.
