A closer look: Disco Pancake Opens August 1st in Old Town
Disco Pancake will open on August 1st at 1155 N Wells St. Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday - Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, when noon strikes, a brunch bash until 10 p.m.
As the weekend sun sets, Disco Pancake transforms into a late-night spot from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Bites and crafted cocktails, from the “Let's Boogie” and “Dancing Queen” to the “Disco Inferno Punch”.
DJs spin tracks from Thursday to Sunday 2 to 6 p.m. and again on weekend evenings from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. The jukebox is available for guests to pick their favs between DJ performances.
Food options include the “Super Stack” for $100 and the “Golden Pancakes” adorned with edible gold. This creation was inspired by co-owner Matthew McCahill’s $350 “Golden Goose”, the most expensive PB&J sandwich in the world, featured at PB&J restaurant (a portion of proceeds go to charity).
