This summer, Casa Chi by Chef Richard Sandoval is giving “girl dinner” a Nikkei-inspired upgrade. Launching Friday, May 22 and available Monday through Thursday from 7 pm to close, the new Girl Dinner experience invites guests to sip, snack and unwind for $35 per person.
Created by Chef Richard Sandoval, the experience includes a choice of a seasonal Celosa Margarita or a glass of Taittinger Champagne, plus a starter selection of either ½ Swordfish Dip or ½ Guacamole, followed by a three-piece omakase. The offering blends Casa Chi’s signature Japanese-Peruvian flavors with a social dining format for after-work meetups, girls’ nights and spontaneous summer plans.
The launch also coincides with patio season at Casa Chi, where guests can enjoy cocktails, sushi and Nikkei small plates al fresco along Michigan Avenue. The patio pairs skyline views and warm-weather dining with the restaurant’s cocktail-forward experience. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.
