Casa Chi, the Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant from Chef Richard Sandoval, is now open seven days a week inside the InterContinental Chicago Hotel on the Magnificent Mile. The expanded schedule offers guests a cocktail-focused dining option in the city’s central shopping district.
The restaurant is open Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.; Monday through Thursday from 3 to 11 p.m.; Friday from 2 p.m. to midnight; and Saturday from 2 p.m. to midnight.
Menu options include Tuna Ponzu Guacamole with jalapeño, chipotle aioli, lime, and chips; Salmon and Pork Belly Nigiri prepared with the kabayaki method; and Wagyu Tenderloin, cooked tableside and served sashimi style with nikkei salad, ginger ponzu, and chimi kosho.
