On Thursday, May 28, from 8 to 11 p.m., this cocktail collab brings together three mixologists, Chiyo Takemoto of Coquetel Collective, Jeremiah Duncan of Itoko, and Michelle Jihae and Simon Yun of Madang, to shake up signature libations, each rotating at the top of every hour. Drinks like Madang’s Cold Kimchi Noodle Soup cocktail, made with Chum Churum soju, fresh cucumber, green apple, and notes of corn and poblano, or Chiyo’s spirit-free Dongchimi Martini with dongchimi brine and Asian pear, will be served alongside a lineup of TenGoku's izakaya-style specials, including handrolls, small bites and snack sets starting at $5.
In partnership with Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago, 10% of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the nonprofit’s mission to build power through collective advocacy and organizing to advance racial equity.
