American Ukrainian Village

The local, organic fare at The Winchester has been an Ukrainian Village stand-by since opening in early 2014. A cafe by day, dinner hotspot by night, and happening brunch location each weekend, The Winchester focuses on healthier lifestyle dishes, using locally sourced produce and meats with plenty of choices vegetarians can dig into as well. The Warm Grain Salad is up first. An item that appears on both brunch and dinner menus, features Anson Mills warm grains, shishito pepper, kale, tomatillo, and a sunny egg. We can't wait to dig into that yolky goodness!

Mussels are never a bad thing, especially when prepared with spicy tomato and white wine. Don't forget the toasted baguette, you're going to want to soak up all that broth!
