The new Adamus Lounge in the Silversmith Hotel is now offering a weekend brunch and we stopped by to check it out!
The brunch menu offers plenty of savory and sweet options like Fried Chicken and Waffles complete with a savory sausage gravy or the Cardamom Soaked Brioche French Toast. The Bagel and Lox is a riff on a classic and you can never go wrong with Eggs Benedict. But the menu doesn’t stop there, also featured are breakfast wraps and lunch sandwiches and salads.
To pair with your mid-day feast, Adamus has a wide array of bloody marys and mimosas. Bears fans will love “The Monster of the Midway” bloody with bacon infused vodka and A1 sauce, packed with fourteen garnishes; a meal in itself. Also, the traditional mimosa of prosecco and orange juice can add a kick to a late morning meal.
Adamus’ brunch menu will be available on weekends from 11:30-3:00p.
In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness month, Adamus will be offering their “Diva Cocktail” throughout October to raise money and awareness for the cause. One dollar of every cocktail sold will be donated to the Chicagoland Susan G. Komen foundation. So come out and join Adamus during October and support the cause!
