ZED451 has introduced Fresh Catch Fridays featuring four fresh-caught seafood options available every Friday for $35 per person now through April 14. Fresh Catch Friday selections include Faroe Island Salmon, Blackened Tuna, Seared Scallops, and Lake Superior Whitefish.

Fresh Catch Friday Options Include:

  • Seared Sea Scallops with Tomato Bacon Jam 
  • Lake Superior Whitefish with Lemon Tarragon Beurre Blanc - rich, buttery, and finished with a bright touch of lemon.
  • Faroe Island Salmon with Szechuan Glaze - fresh wild salmon with a zing of red pepper and soy sauce.
  • Blackened Tuna with Hoisin and Wasabi Mayo - smoky, spicy, and sweet.
