Wrigley BBQ has recently introduced the Impossible Burger to their menu. This meatless patty is cooked in a vegetable-exclusive skillet and comprised of ingredients including wheat, coconut oil, potatoes and heme, which, according to Impossible Foods, “makes [the] burger a carnivore’s dream.” At Wrigley BBQ, owner and pitmaster Mitch Liebovich piles pickles, tomato, coleslaw, avocado, garlic vegan mayo and a vegan Memphis Sweet BBQ sauce atopthe burger. Served with a choice of seasoned fries or tater tots.
