Quick guide: WhiskyFest comes to Chicago November 15th
WhiskyFest will take place in Chicago this year. Organized by Whisky Advocate magazine, the event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago on Friday, November 15. WhiskyFest will offer attendees the opportunity to sample a variety of whiskies from around the world, including single malt and blended Scotch, Irish, bourbon, rye, Tennessee, Japanese, Canadian, and craft-distilled whiskies.
Representatives from distilleries will be present at the festival, providing insights into their products. Additionally, Master Classes, which include tastings, will be held throughout the evening. Heaven Hill Distillery and Bruichladdich are confirmed to present Master Classes, with more distilleries expected to be announced.
The event will begin with a VIP entrance at 5:30 PM, followed by the Grand Tasting from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
General admission and VIP tickets are available online. Both ticket types grant access to the Grand Tasting, Master Classes, and a range of items, including a Glencairn crystal nosing glass, gift bag, and program booklet.
