Halloween has passed and Thanksgiving will be here next week, and with this notion it only means looking forward to everything December has to offer. From the minds behind Whiskey Business's rooftop movie nights and their haunted - and heated - cabins, the Wicker Park bar continues to adapt to current circumstances by converting its rooftop cabanas into heated gingerbread houses.
Available to reserve every day for $50 on the weekdays and $100 on the weekends, the heated and appropriately decorated gingerbread houses, fully equipped with blown up gummy bears, fake fireplaces and candy canes. Adding to it, Whiskey Business will be offering seasonal cocktails including Peppermint Hot Chocolate bombs for $10. Each chocolate bomb will be served as a piece of chocolate that will be infused with Rumple Minze and hot water to be poured over it. In addition, Spiked Hot Apple Cider and Hot Toddies will also be available.
For the ones who choose to stay home will still be able to participate in the bar's holiday festivities with Whiskey Business's "gingerbread house" contest. Every week the whiskey bar will give away a $50 giftcard to the Instagram post with the most likes of a self made gingerbread house.
