Fat Rosie's

Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is turning every summer soccer match into a full-on fiesta this June and July with drink specials and game-day promotions designed to bring fans together for game time while enjoying themed margaritas and scratch-made Mexican favorites.

Fat Rosie’s locations across Chicagoland will stream the summer’s global soccer matches, transforming each of their restaurants into viewing destinations for fans throughout the tournament. Guests can enjoy cocktails, including the themed El Tricolor Margarita and El Goalie shot, shareable taco platters and moments tied to game outcomes.

Fans cheering on their favorite clubs can take advantage of any of the following limited-time promotions available during games, including:

  • Tables wearing their team’s jersey will receive free queso on game days
  • For every goal scored by Team USA or Mexico, Fat Rosie’s will pour $1 shots
  • Fans wearing jerseys for other teams playing can also score $1 shots when their team wins
  • Whenever Team USA or Mexico play, Fat Rosie’s will offer a $25 Taco Platter special featuring 10 street tacos with assorted proteins

The restaurant will also debut its El Tricolor Margarita, inspired by the tournament and only available on game days. This drink blends frozen strawberry margarita base with fresh kiwi puree to achieve its resemblance to the Mexican flag and is finished with a Tajín-salt rim, fresh strawberry and lime.

In addition, Fat Rosie’s will feature Gran Centenario’s limited-edition El Goalie reposado tequila, crafted in honor of the 2026 tournament and aged in Mexican, American and Canadian oak barrels to reflect each host nation. The elevated sipping tequila delivers agave flavor with smooth oak complexity and will be available in limited quantities throughout the promotion.

In addition to in-restaurant promotions, Fat Rosie’s will offer specialty catering bundles for home viewing parties, featuring taco and fajita packages paired with drinks for groups and gatherings. Plus, starting June 15, fans will be able to elevate their at-home fiestas with margaritas available in gallon or half-gallon bags.
