Argot

Argot is hosting a Galentine's Day "Birds and Bubbles" walkaround event in partnership with Verve Wine on Tuesday, February 13 at 6pm for $65/person. They'll celebrate the classic pairing of fried chicken and bubbles with 10 producers pouring and talking through their selections. They'll also have flower arrangements for sale from Mertle & Dot and a tarot card reader. Make your reservation on Resy.

Dimo's

Dimo’s Café on Lincoln Ave. is collaborating with woman-owned BottlesUp! Chicago to host a Galentine’s Day evening of woman-centered wining and dining. The event will feature wines from female owned and operated wineries, paired with hors d’oeuvres inspired by TikTok’s "girl dinner" trend. Guests will also be able to paint a wine glass to take home.

Tickets (via Tock) are $65 per person, and includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, and wine glass painting. 21 and over.

City Cruises Chicago

Friends from all walks of life are invited to celebrate their friendship during a day dining out on Lake Michigan on Sunday, February 11. The afternoon will include access to a brunch buffet with menu options such as Breakfast Pastries and a Signature Dessert Station, along with unlimited mimosas, and live DJ entertainment.

Frontier

Frontier will be hosting a Galentine’s Day brunch on Saturday, February 10 from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. For $39/person, guests will enjoy an entree, such as a lamb chorizo skillet or lamb empanadas, in addition to a pastry, two hours of mimosas, samplings, giveaways, and more.

Homeslice

Lincoln Park’s Homeslice is hosting their Galentine’s Day party happening on Tuesday, February 13 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. With $25 tickets including an Alice & Wonder Chicago wine glass, first glass of Kim Crawford wine, and one Bon Vivant cookie, Homeslice will also be offering heart-shaped pizzas, themed cocktails, a spritz bar, glam station, cookie decorating, and shopping pop-ups.

Bar Pendry

Their Sunday boozy tea service features an array of teas from Rare Tree Cellars, a curated menu of boozy (and spirit-free) tea cocktails, and a rotating selection of seasonal light bites. The entire experience is set to live jazz music from Chicago vocalist, Myles Hayes. Bar Pendry’s boozy tea service includes your choice of one tea plus a tea tower, packed with sweet and savory bites like the Smoked Sherry Onion Jam Bouche topped with crispy prosciutto, a S’mores Macaron, made with toasted marshmallow and chocolate. Patrons can also sample from the bar’s selection of a la carte tea cocktails, such as the Sunday Morning Sour, an earl-grey infused sipper made with Gentleman Jack whiskey, coconut milk and a soft egg white foam, or the nonalcoholic You’ve Met Your Matcha, crafted with Seedlip Grove #42 infused with Rare Tea Cellar’s Sweet Seoul Matcha and Mallorca Melon Shrubbery blends. Alongside the cocktail menu, patrons can order from a selection of sparkling and vintage bottles, and to celebrate Galentine’s Day on 2/13, the second bottle ordered will be complimentary.

The Godfrey Hotel Chicago (127 W Huron St) is hosting a special Galentine's Brunch on Saturday, February 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This extended brunch session features cocktail & dessert flights, build your own mimosa station, and more.

The Hampton Social

The Hampton Social is offering a Galentine's Celebration (Feb. 1st-13th): For those planning a special Galentine's Day, The Hampton Social offers their rosé lounge for a dinner or party experience and with a Bottomless Frosé & Appetizer offer at $40 per guest. This all-day affair is available for both brunch and dinner, providing a 90-minute experience. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Hewn was founded by baker Ellen King and her wife Julie Matthei. Together, Julie runs the business side of the bakery, while Ellen creates the hand-shaped breads and pastries.
