Venteux

Venteux is gearing up for Dry January with an assortment of artisanal mocktails. The Strawberry Spice is crafted around the non-alcoholic Martini & Rossi Vibrante Aperitivo. This beverage boasts a rich botanical depth complemented by the sweetness of fresh strawberries. A gentle kick of Serrano pepper balanced by a hint of fresh lime. This cocktail presents a fusion of herbal, sweet, and spicy elements.

Bar Pendry

Bar Pendry is stepping up the N/A game with Espress Yourself, a nonalcoholic spin on the classic espresso martini. The drink is crafted with a blend of house espresso, walnut bitters, and Demerara syrup, capturing the essence of the traditional cocktail.

Maple & Ash

The Sippin Pretty from Maple & Ash replicates the feeling of a cocktail as Bar Director Mario Flores pulled inspiration from classic drinks like the Cosmopolitan or Bee’s Knees to build this spirit-free sipper. Botanical notes from Seedlip Grove 42, a non-alcoholic spirit, work with the bright flavors of hibiscus, lemon, and honey for a blend of citrus and floral flavors. Topped with yuzu lime tonic for an extra layer of zest.

The Whistler

The Whistler offers plenty of N/A options in their rotating lineup of craft cocktails. The Virgin Milk Maid is a spirit-free version of the modern classic born from the Logan Square venue. Following the template of the original version, the flavors of coconut cream, cucumber and lime work together to bring the flavors of a tropical oasis into every sip. Shaken and served in a rocks glass.

Daisies

Daisies currently stands as one of only 26 Michelein Green Star restaurants in the U.S. with their sustainability efforts extending all the way to their N/A drinks list. For instance, their Mushroom Sour is made with house made syrup made from fermented mushroom stems— the tops of which are used for their mushroom ragu thus minimizing waste produced in the restaurant. Built on a template of a classic sour, the mushroom syrup gives the drink a sweet, earthy quality while lemon is added for tartness. Shaken twice and served in a coupe glass, it’s a spirit-free option that’s equally sweet and savory. In addition to this spirit-free menu staple, Daisies offers a variety of non-alcoholic offerings like house made kombucha, herbal sodas and shrubs to meet all your needs during Dry January.

The Violet Hour

The Violet Hour's Local Darling features equal parts of Lyre’s N/A Rosso and The Pathfinder Hemp & Root Spirit. This spirit-free sip leans into a bitterness from freshly cracked coffee beans and All the Bitter’s N/A New Orleans Bitters. For just a touch of citrus, an orange peel is expressed over the top before serving.
