River Roast: The River North restaurant offers mocktails for $8 all month long in January. 

  • Lively Up Yourself: cold brew coffee, Demerara, black walnut bitters 
  • Oaxacan Cold Brew: cold brew coffee, cane syrup, mole bitters, chocolate bitters, and cayenne 
  • Masala Maple Latte: masala chai tea, maple syrup, cardamom bitters, and milk (add a shot of espresso to make it a "dirty chai") 
  • Rosemary Collins #2: Jack Rudy tonic syrup, lemon, simple syrup, rosemary, and soda water 
  • Thyme After Thyme: black team, hibiscus simple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh thyme
  • Honey Sage Fizz: grapefruit juice, honey sage simple syrup, and Topo Chico 
  • Mango A-Co-Co: mango puree, coconut milk, lemon juice, cane syrup, fresh basil, and Fever-Tree sparkling lemon

Roka Akor: The contemporary Japanese restaurant will be offering a special mocktail menu for Dry January including:

  • Roka Ginger Beer: fresh ginger juice, lemon juice, and soda $6
  • Cucumber Lemonade: fresh cucumber juice and Fever-Tree lemonade $8
  • Raspberry Mule: fresh ginger juice, raspberry, lime juice, and soda $6
  • Matcha Honey Lemonade: matcha green tea, homemade honey syrup, and lemon juice $6
  • Yuzu Palmer: yuzu juice, lemon juice, and Sparrow Roastery Sri Lanka  Kenilworth Estate black tea  $6

Found Kitchen & Social House and The Barn Steakhouse: Both restaurants will be offering four special mocktails all month long. 

  • Baby G&T - $7: Grapefruit juice, house-made tonic water 
  • Mount Etna Sour - $9: Seedlip Grove, lemon juice, blood orange juice 
  • The Railroad - $9: Heavenly Body non-alcoholic golden wheat beer, rosehip syrup 
  • Fireworks - $7.50: Seedlip Spice smoked ginger ale

the Albert: The art and science inspired restaurant within Hotel EMC2 in Streeterville offers a selection of non-alcoholic creations, or Drivers, available for $6 each. For those looking to do an Anti-Dry January, these mixtures can be made into cocktails for an additional $6.

  • Fireside grapefruit, jalapeño, salt
  • P & T pomegranate, cucumber, tonic
  • Black Pearl black tea, orange, lime
  • Lavender Lemonade lemon, lavender simple syrup, soda

Ocean Prime: Their cocktail menu can be transformed to create non-alcoholic refreshments. The full menu (with alcohol) includes:

DineAmic Hospitality Group:  DineAmic Hospitality restaurants, Bandit (841 West Randolph Street), Siena Tavern (51 W. Kinzie St.), and Bar Siena (832 W. Randolph St.) will be participating in the contemporary movement with their own spirit-free drinks. Each restaurant will feature drinks with ingredients like floral herbs, fresh fruits, and Vital Proteins Collagen Water, adding an additional health benefit through collagen, a protein that provides muscles, skin, and bones with structural support.

While Bandit is typically known for its libations, its spirit-free drinks will be bringing in fruit-forward flavors like hibiscus, pomegranate and mango. Through DineAmic Hospitality’s collaboration with Vital Proteins and with the help of Top Chef alum and Executive Chef, Fabio Viviani's sister restaurants Siena Tavern and Bar Siena will offer spirit-free cocktails consisting of ingredients like lavender, mint, honey, blackberry, and complementary Vital Proteins flavors. Exclusively offered at Bar Siena, guests will be able to opt for CBD-infused honey for an additional upcharge.
