Mother's Day

Munch on Brunch at Bucktown’s AMK Kitchen Bar Treat mom to one of the city’s best brunches at AMK Kitchen Bar, a classic American eatery with a Bucktown twist. The neighborhood establishment is serving brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. on Mother’s Day weekend. The restaurant re-opened after a brief shut down for interior enhancements and mechanical upgrades with a new menu reflecting a collaboration between Chef Barney Smith and AMK newcomer Chef Phil Rubino. Brunch options include a variety of AMK Original Cocktails and long-time favorites such as Biscuits & Gravy, Brussels Sprout Salad and Chilaquiles and Huevos. Regulars will notice that the fried chicken served with the Chicken & Waffles is even better than the amazingly delicious original! The updated Turducken Stuffed Meatballs are now a single large ball of deliciousness, and the AMK Classic Burger and epic Macaroni & Cheese will delight Moms and their kin.
