Le Bouchon x Testaccio
This National Pizza Day, take the festivities up a notch with a wood-fired pizza showdown in Logan Square, as Oliver Poilevey (Le Bouchon, Taqueria Chingon) takes on Testaccio’s Executive Chef Jacob Solomon for some friendly European-style competition. Grab your favorite teammate (or ultimate rival) and do a side-by-side taste test of Jacob’s Italian ‘za (spicy Amatriciana sauce, smoked scamorza cheese, pickled fennel) and Oliver’s French contender (Tarte flambé with caramelized onions, creme fraiche, bacon and gruyere), alongside a bottle of wine and a seasonal salad to share.
