The Kitchen American Bistro (316 N Clark St, Chicago) will be open on Sunday, April 17 and is now accepting reservations for Easter Brunch from 10am-3pm. Their recently launched brunch menu offers seasonal options including the Belgian Waffle with fresh strawberries, almond crumble and strawberry basil syrup; freshly baked Cruffin with pistachio pastry cream and honey whipped cream; and housemade Brioche Doughnuts with key lime curd, torched meringue and coriander graham crumble.

Adorn Bar & Restaurant

Chicago’s first restaurant in partnership with chef Jonathon Sawyer, Adorn, features globally inspired cuisine rooted in the bounty of America's Midwest. Dishes draw on chef’s vast experiences, including time living in Italy and France and traveling to Japan and other culinarily-rich destinations. Located on the 7th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Adorn showcases sweeping views of Chicago's Magnificent Mile and downtown skyline. Adorn Bar & Restaurant invites guests to indulge in their Easter Cherry Blossom Brunch taking place Sunday, April 17 from 10am-2:30pm Brunch is priced at $195/adult and $85/child (ages 6-12). Live entertainment and children’s activities will be available, and reservations are strongly recommended. Buffet options include Orange Blossom French Toast, an Omelet Station, Chilled Seafood Bar, Sushi Station, and more.

Ambassador Room

The restaurant at the Ambassador hotel invites guests to a buffet-style Easter brunch on Sunday, April 17 from 8am-2pm. All the classics will be available, such as eggs, bacon, pancakes, assorted pastries, plus a Bagel Station, Short Rib Breakfast Hash, and more. Pricing is $55 for adults and $35 for children aged 2-12 and includes coffee and orange juice. A reservation fee will be applied towards the final bill, which is $10 per adult and $5 per child. Unlimited mimosas can be added for $30 per person. 

I|O Godfrey

I|O Godfrey, the year-round rooftop located in River North located at The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, will be offering an Easter Brunch Buffet for guests of all ages to celebrate the spring holiday. On Sunday, April 17 from 11am-3pm, they will offer a variety of signature brunch menu items including an omelet station, eggs benedict, pancake and French toast stations, a carving station, salad bar, pastas, soups, sushi, desserts, and more. Specialty cocktails, champagne, and other libations will also be available for purchase. I|O Godfrey’s Easter Brunch will also be packed with fun for kids and families, including an Easter egg hunt, face painting, and a live visit from the Easter Bunny. Sociale will be open on Sunday, April 17 from 10am-9pm and is now accepting reservations for Easter Brunch from 10am-3pm. Brunch options include the Chilaquiles Verdes with corn tortillas, salsa verde, chicken tinga, fried shallots, sunnyside up egg, queso fresco and lime crema; Sociale Breakfast BLT with roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, two eggs, swiss and chimichurri mayo; and Blueberry Pistachio Pancakes with blueberry-lemon compote, toasted pistachios, and mascarpone whipped cream. 

The Signature Room

The Rambler Kitchen + Tap

The Rambler Kitchen + Tap in North Center will host a weekend of Easter events starting with a “Thank Cod It’s Friday” all-you-can-eat fish fry on Good Friday, April 15. For $16 per person, guests will be offered unlimited North Atlantic Cod lightly battered and fried. The fish fry will be available beginning at 5 p.m. (while supplies last).

Ina Mae Tavern (1415 N. Wood St) will also offer a fully cooked, smoked & glazed 8lb Sweet Southern Ham for pick-up ($80). The ham is packaged in-house and serves 12-15 guests. Maple & Ash is turning Easter festivities into a daylong affair. For $75, brunch options like Lobster Avocado Toast, The Truffled Omelette, a Prosciutto & Egg Tartine or a special Sweet Potato Rosti with braised lamb and heirloom carrots, along with a spread of Fire Roasted Filet, French Toast, Maple Glazed Bacon, and Crispy Potatoes split amongst the table. Publican Quality Bread

  • Hot Cross Buns - The snack-able sweet rolls topped with icing crosses are Easter fare for a confectionary brunch addition or dessert. Sold in packs of nine and baked in house at their brand-new West Town bakery, Public Quality Bread starts with a base of sourdough sprinkled with a hint of allspice and rolls in a heaping helping of candied lemon and golden raisons before topping the buns with an apricot glaze. Reheating instructions included.
  • Babka - The loaf features a chocolate and vanilla swirled dough loaded with two types of chocolate as well as a chocolate streusel and rich chocolate glaze.

Fulton Market’s daytime cafe and butcher shop Publican Quality Meats is offering two Easter dinner packages to-go. The first package ($175) includes a Slagel Farm Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb (arrives raw and ready to roast), served with Boulangere Potatoes and Glazed Carrots smothered in a sweet Pomegranate Molasses Glaze. The second package ($125) includes a Slagel Farm Smoked Spiral Ham (brined and smoked over hickory and spiral cut for your convenience), Boulangere Potatoes and Glazed Carrots. Orders must be placed by Sunday, April 10 at 5pm for pick up between April 14th-17th. Pre-order via Tock. 

The Graceful Ordinary

Fox Valley’s new waterfront dining locale, The Graceful Ordinary is kicking Easter brunch up a notch with a series of specials. Those who lean on the breakfast side of brunch can opt for a flaky Crab Cake Benedict with Old Bay hollandaise or perhaps a serving of Eggs and Soldiers, coddled eggs with brioche “soldiers” served alongside a spoonful of caviar. Swapping surf for turf, a 16oz Prime Rib Roast with crisp mille fuille potatoes and English peas is on the docket for those with an appetite for lunch. Specials range from $22 - $65.
