Maple & Ash 

While most steakhouses in Chicago open at 5pm or later on the weekends, Maple & Ash opens at 4:45pm on Fridays and 4:15 on Saturdays, just in time to get a meal in before a 7pm show! The staff is always accommodating and encourage guests to note in their reservation if they are heading to a show so that the food can be brought out in a timely manner. Conveniently located in the heart of Gold Coast, it’s a quick 9 minute drive to Chicago’s theatre district and a beautiful location for both tourists and Chicago natives.

This is the time of year for comforting dishes and Maple & Ash’s offerings include:

  • Baked and Loaded 
    • Served with a bottom layer of braised short rib under the potato puree, raclette cheese, bacon lardons and crisped shallots and topped with truffles. 
  • Ricotta Agnolotti 
    • Served with ricotta, mushrooms, and black truffles.
  • Arm Candy 
    • To top everything off, choose one of the many add-ons: 
      • Maple & Ash Beefed Up Butter
      • Chimichurri 
      • Bearnaise
