WG Pizza Opens in Avondale and Celebrates National Pizza Month in October

WG Pizzas is now officially open for carry-out and delivery in Avondale. WG Pizzas is from the team behind Alex’s Washington Gardens on the North Shore. Located in Highwood, Alex's Washington Gardens has been serving its neighborhood for decades with Italian fare and tavern-style pizza. Now, their crispy, cracker-thin crust pizzas are available in Chicago via WG Pizzas. 

WG Pizzas has announced that they’ve partnered with Central Park Bar for National Pizza Month in October. Starting October 9th, every Wednesday in October, guests at Central Park Bar will be treated to complimentary tavern-style pizzas, along with a special pizza-inspired cocktail, the Slice of Avondale. This cocktail, crafted by Berry Faust, was inspired by WG Pizzas’ signature Italian Beef & Hot Giardiniera pizza.
