West Loop Speakeasy Meet & Whiskey Now Open

There’s a new secret speakeasy in town! It’s called “Meet & Whiskey” and is located below Porkchop Restaurant in Chicago’s West Loop. 

Inspired by the 1920s Prohibition Era, Meet & Whiskey is a contemporary speakeasy, offering crafted cocktails, an extensive selection of wines, whiskey and local beers.

Enter Meet & Whiskey through an unassuming door in the back alley into an amber lit room appointed with dark wood and plush furnishings. Styled with antique lounge furniture, old-fashioned lamp posts and wall coverings with images of photos from the Prohibition Era, Meet & Whiskey will definitely make one feel like they’ve stepped back into the early 1900s.

And, you’ll need a secret password to enter the place!  The back alleyway entrance with an unmarked door will have a red light indicating it’s open and can only be entered by those with the password, which can be found by visiting their Facebook, Instagram and other social media or as an invited guest for private events.
