What to know about West Fest Chicago Returns July 17-19
Presented by the West Town Chamber of Commerce, West Fest Chicago returns to Chicago's West Town neighborhood from July 17–19, bringing three days of live music, local vendors, family activities, food and community programming to Chicago Avenue between Wood and Damen (1800–2000 W. Chicago Ave.).
The festival kicks off Friday, July 17 from 5–10 p.m., followed by programming Saturday and Sunday from 12–10 p.m. Admission is free with a suggested $10 donation benefiting Erie House, Esperanza Community Services, Nourishing Hope and Talcott Fine Arts & Museum Academy.
West Fest music is programmed by Empty Bottle Presents, alongside Bass By The Pound DJ Stage. Beyond music, guests can explore local restaurants, food vendors, retailers, fine artists and makers showcasing West Town.
Families can enjoy Kid Fest, organized by Talcott Fine Arts & Museum Academy, featuring train rides, bounce houses, pony rides, live entertainment and kid-friendly activities. Pet lovers can head to Pet Fest, presented by Canine Crews, featuring obstacle courses, paw painting, pet vendors and demonstrations.
