Chef Erick Williams and his team have put together offerings for Mardi Gras. Now through February 13th, diners can take advantage of Williams’ array of daily specials that celebrate the Creole flavors of Mardi Gras. Three-course dinners, which include desserts from pastry ace Chef Becky Pendola, are offered priced per person: 

Wednesday $26

  • po’boy crispy gulf shrimp, lettuce, tomato, leroy’s remoulade 
  • little gem salad cherry tomatoes, buttermilk dressing, black eyed peas
  • peach cobbler

Thursday $32

  • chicken & andouille jambalaya
  • kale salad toasted almond, midnight moon cheese, pomegranate 
  • red velvet cake 

Friday $34

  • blackened catfish shrimp etouffe, marsh hen mill grits 
  • house salad radish, tomato, cucumber
  • pecan sandies

Saturday $34

  • crab-stuffed peppers
  • gumbo z’herbes “green gumbo”, andouille sausage
  • potato salad
  • crumb cake 

Sunday $32

  • half southern fried chicken 
  • red beans & rice 
  • bourbon pecan pie

Festive cocktails to-go offer a pairing to any of these selections and include:

Additionally, diners can pre-order house-made King Cake ($28) by Friday each week, for pick up on Sundays. Virtue’s Mardi Gras daily specials are available for carryout and delivery through February 13th.
