What to watch: Village of Rosemont Welcomes First Suburban Location of Small Cheval, Opening Fall 2022
The Village of Rosemont is adding to its dining offerings with the opening of Hogsalt Hospitality’sSmall Cheval in fall 2022. Rosemont will be the first suburban location for the Chicago burger establishment. Small Cheval will join Stan’s Donuts and a third dining partner to be announced.
“Rosemont continues to identify opportunities to provide new and exciting offerings to the suburban marketplace and remain a top dining and entertainment destination,” said Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens. “We are so excited to welcome Hogsalt Hospitality, another dynamic restaurant group, to Rosemont next year.”
Small Cheval Rosemont will be located at 9421 W. Higgins Road. A casual, fast-paced joint, Small Cheval offers a stripped down menu of cheeseburgers, hamburgers and fries alongside shakes, draft cocktails and beer. The 4,500-square-foot restaurant will feature a retractable roof to accommodate in-restaurant dining year-round as well as drive-thru and pickup lanes allowing guests to place food orders in advance.
