Victory Tap Chicago has announced their Friday Night Victory: the BaconFest Chicago’s People’s Choice Golden Rasher Award for Friday Dinner (April 6th). 2018 marks the first year in which BaconFest incorporated a People’s Choice Award. Chef Joe Farina won with his Bacon Ricotta Agnolotti (Housemade Pasta, Bacon, Sage, Brown Butter).
