Two Chicago restaurants, III Forks and Cantina Laredo, will celebrate Veterans Day with a complimentary dining offer. In recognition of their service to our country, veterans and active duty military are invited to enjoy a free meal on Friday, November 11.
III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Lakeshore East will serve complimentary dinner entrees (priced up to $35) to those showing proof of service. Executive Chef Cedric Harden's qualifying menu items include Beef Market, Seafood and Local Favorites: USDA Prime Flat Iron; Atlantic Salmon; Prime Double-Cut Pork Chop; Braised Short Rib; Certified Angus Beef Burger; Roasted Chicken; Tenderloin Salad; Salmon Caesar Salad; Vegetable Ravioli; Shrimp and Pasta.
Cantina Laredo in River North will offer veterans and active duty military a complimentary entree during lunch or dinner (priced up to $15). Executive Chef Hector Rivera's menu includes: Salads (Ensalada De Camaron Y Fresa); Enchiladas (Espinaca; Veracruz; Avocado; Queso), Taqueria (Fajita Beef; Pescado; Barbacoa; Carnitas) and Especialidades (Chimichanga; Tamale; Huevos Rancheros; Flautas). To redeem the Veterans Day offer, simply show the server proof of service.
