Vermilion and Gadabout Launch Happy Hour

Vermilion and Gadabout have recently launched new happy hours. From limitless dishes/drinks to $5 cocktails, these happy hours are both safe and value-driven.  

Vermilion -- Wednesday-Sunday, 5pm-7pm 

• Limitless Chaat, Pakoras and C-Cubed Sangria ($30)
  • Crisp Kale Bhel Chaat - Indian street food with mango, yogurt & tamarind chutney 
  • Artichoke Pakoras - Classic Indian fritters with Spain’s thistle & chutney
  • C-Cubed Sangria - Infused with Clove, Cinnamon & Cardamom 

Gadabout -- Tuesday-Friday, 5pm-6:30pm

• Includes food favorites such as:
  • Chickpea Fritters ($8)
    • Whipped feta, coriander, fennel & apple giardiniera, smoked blueberries
  • Fried Chicken Sandwich ($11)
    • Aji amarillo sauce, avocado chimichurri, red pepper tomatillo chow chow, beet pickled shallots, brioche bun
