For the occasion, local French bakery owner, Sophie Evanoff, has developed 6 croissant creations including Yuzu Meringue, S'more, Baklava, Chocolate Raspberry, Mixed Berry & Oat Streusel and a Magic Bar. All are available at Vanille Patisserie (2108 N. Clark Street in Lincoln Park) in-store or pre-ordered online at Customers get a free coffee with the purchase of a croissant in-store on January 30th.
