Guests who dine at Frontier on Valentine's Day will enjoy a four-course prix-fixe menu created by Executive Chef Brian Jupiter. $40 per person; $75 per couple. An optional wine, beer or cocktail pairing for $20 per person created by Bar Manager Sean Nielson will also be available. Space is limited. FIRST COURSE (choice of):

  • Poached Shrimp Salad with tangerine, radish, watercress, bacon vinaigrette
  • Smoked Beets Calabrian with pepper cream cheese, house cured ham, frisée, evoo

SECOND COURSE (choice of):

  • Duck and Andouille Gumbo with rice, file powder
  • Cured Pork Loin with shaved kohlrabi, whipped sweet potato

THIRD COURSE (choice of):

  • Lambchetta - smoked lamb saddle, root vegetables, tzatziki, naan
  • Bass En Papillote with fennel, black rice, lemon, tomato

FOURTH COURSE (choice of):

  • White Chocolate and Black Pepper Mousse with macerated berries, coconut guile
  • Pineapple Upside Down Cake with ginger anglaise, candied thyme
