III Forks Prime Steakhouse will welcome Valentine’s Day dining guests with a special "Sweetheart Menu" for two crafted by Executive Chef Cedric Harden. Available from Friday, February 10 through Tuesday, February 14, the three course couple's menu features the choice of soup or salad (III Forks Salad; Lobster Bisque), two 6-ounce Filets Mignon and two 6-ounce Cold Water Lobster Tails and Chocolate Lovers’ dessert (menu detailed below; $170 per couple).
In addition to III Forks' wine list and seasonal cocktail menu, the Lakeshore East-located prime steakhouse will feature three wine selections, hand-chosen for the romantic holiday.
Chef Harden's a la carte dinner menu will also be offered.
