Start off with two oysters with cantaloupe gelled caviar and cilantro, followed by steamed mussels or mixed green salad. Then, enjoy roasted salmon, hanger steak or mole as an entrée. Top off the evening with chocolate fondue for two featuring dippings like banana, strawberry, crispy rice cakes, marshmallows and cheesecake bites.
