UrbanBelly’s Introduces New Chilled Soba Noodle Salad

UrbanBelly’s Chilled Soba Noodle Salad is their newest salad of the summer, now available at their in-store Wicker Park location. Prepared with soy garlic dressing, basil puree, shrimp, and marinated cucumber, Chef Bill Kim has created a dish to celebrate Urbanbelly’s 15-year anniversary in Chicago.

Chef Bill’s special dish draws inspiration from a chilled soba noodle dish he once had in Milan.
